i always feel like i have a lump on my throat because of the phlegm, and every time i swall0w i feel like that there is a lump that blocks on my throat, i als0 have a lump under my two ears...what could be the possible cause of this? should i worry much because of this? is it malignant?

Swallowing thick mucous can give you a lump-in-the-throat feeling, and the lump under your ear is most likely a swollen lymph node. Check with your doctor as you could have a minor cold or infection causing these symptoms.
