This only happens right as i get into a sleep.
1.it gets completely quiet.
2.my heart rate gets weak.(or so it feels like)
3.my body get numb,gets to tingling,feels like pins are going through me,or just aches.
4.i feel like im high on pain killers like something serious.
5.a buzzing starts.

I am so scared ,the noises have been going on for years but its never gotten so bad that i wake myself up. please tell me whats going on with me.if you do know tell me what to do!PLEASE!!!!! im desperate.

this is a sign of oral tounge cancer which is linked to neurosites in the brain, u have the exact symptoms, u can google it and find it anywhere

Although I am not completely sure what exactly is going on with your symptoms, this sounds like an overactive parasympathetic nervous system response. Your parasympathetic nervous system controls your "resting" and digestion functions in your body. You might consider seeing a chiropractic physician, as chiropractic adjustments restore normal function to the nervous system.
