Q: Please Help!!!!!!!

I have these dry red spots on my testicles and im scarded to know what they are

im 17
i have had sex with one girl ( who has only had sex with me)
i masterbate about once a 5 times a week
please help me!!
Any advice will help my last post no one said nething
