Hey this is my first post here and I don't even know If im posting it in the right place.

Recently I have been having some serious "headaches" around my forehead and the top of my head. I dont know exactly what to call them because it feels nothing like
a migrane or any headache I have ever experienced before. It feels more like some sort of numbness: Or a feeling that I am not getting oxygen in that part of my head.

I also feel like I am having trouble concentrating and doing tasks such as homework because of this feeling. When ever I acctulay need to think about something, the feeling becomes more intense.

The strangest thing about this feeling is that I feel like i can sort of move it around to other places of my head. Yeah, I know that might sound crazy. But really, I feel like I have full control of whats going in my head, though i can not just stop this feeling, i feel like i can move it around.

If anybody has any clue about what I am experiencing please post pm me.

Have you seen a physician about this? How long has it been happening and do you know if it is more intense in the morning or evenings or if it wakes you up in the middle of the night.

It has been occuring for a few months, though I have always felt that I have some sort of control over what is going in my head, And when i say this I really mean that i feel like something in my head is moving.

The intensity does not change depending on the time of day. Though when I try to concentrate on something, it does seem to get worse.

No, it does not wake me up in the middle of the night.

I have seen a nuerlogist, but I did not exactly tell the docter everthing that I am posting here.(I think you can understand why)

The docter told me its probbobly some bs like anxiety and gave me some headache pills which dont help. So i thought I might be able to get some awnsers here before I go back to the docter.

You have not an an MRI or a scan of sorts? If not, I would go back to your neurologist and explain everything to him / her. However if you are not comfortable with that particular neuro, then seek one out that you can tell this to. Without him / her knowing the full scope of what you are experiencing it is difficult to provide an accurate dx / test.

Given what you have described I would order an MRI or a scan and go from there. I was having terrible migraines and that is the first thing he did was order an MRI with and without contrast.

A competent physician would order one (especially since it has been going on for months).

Keep us posted and hope you get relief soon.

I acctualy did have an MRI a few months before it really started getting bad. I had this MRI because of a concussion and they did not notice anything serious. Some of you may say that this could be because of the concussion but that occured over half a year ago and most of the side affects have stopped.

I'd say something is going on and I still recommend you see your neurologist and explain EVERYTHING. Pain is your body's way to say something is wrong...
