When I was on the toilet, I noticed a little bit of dry skin on my "mound". I touched it and realised that there was a lump. I thought maybe it was a bug bite, so I squeezed it a little and found it to be like a very small soccer ball and it was movable. What could it be? There is no liquids or pain coming from that spot.

And by mound I mean that area above your vagina. The lump is pretty near it.

It's probably an ingrown hair or a sebaceous cyst (a pimple).

Couple of things may help. If you sit in some warm baths, or use hot wet washcloths as a compress...that may bring it to the surface where it will come to a head.

Or given enough time, it may just go away.

I agree with Jazzy77.
but i think it might also be just a calcium deposit.
if after trying warm baths, and hot compresses, that if it doesnt come to a head (ready to pop) then i would have it checked to make sure it wasnt a cyst.
