Please help me. I will be very grateful on any input.... I'm 18 weeks pregnant. I had intercourse with partner A on september 2&4. I had my period on september 6. I had intercourse with partner b starting september 14th and forward. I got a faint positive september 29th. Had first ultrasound october 27th, measured 7 wks 3 days, exact to day of lmp. Second ultrasound november 28th, measured 4 days off. what is my conception window?? How accurate is a 7 week ultrasound?? My due date is june 11th. I have regular menstruation monthly, every 28-30 days.please give me facts to rule either partner out. I'm driving myself crazy trying to convince myself what is the answer. Please help.....

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

Other than calcualting the gestational age by date of last menstrual period, Ultrasound scans alsooffer an alternative method of estimating gestational age. But the most accurate measurement for dating is the crown-rump length of the fetus, which can be done between 7 and 13 weeks of gestation. So ultrasounds at 7 weeks gestation are quite accurate.

Since you had intercourse with both partners close to ovulation, it is difficult to predict who is the father of the child. However, to confirm the same, I’ll suggest getting a paternity test.
