Q: Please Diagnose this PHOTO

I have a partner of 7-years. I haven't been with anyone else. But last week, the tip of my penis would burn after I pee-ed. Today, I had an itch under the head and it hurt really bad when I scratched it. It felt like I caught my skin in a zipper although I hadn't.

There are two bumps. One of them has a hole in the middle and it has a clear fluid coming out of it.

Anyone know what this looks like? I'm definitely going to my doctor first thing on Monday AM but I want some advice before I go see my doctor. Thank you.

Possibly as harmless as a urinary tract infection. STDs such as chlamydia and gonorrhea might also cause these symptoms, so ask your urologist to exclude these possibilities with diagnostics.
