Hi this is my 1st time posting
ok ive read about the klinefelter syndrome(47xxy male) and im really worried that I have it

this has been really disturbing me lately and im depressed over it.
I think I have it because I seem to mach the sympoms:

im 18 years old 5"8 and I dont think I have had a growth spurt,
i sill have no facial hair
i dont have that much interest in sex
my testicles are only 2cm
i have verry verry lttle semen
i look really young 13-14

i want to go to a doctor but I cant afford it without my parents, its very hard for me to tell them as we never talk about sex matters

my biggest worry is that I maybe infertile.

Please tell me what to do and if you think I have klinefelter's syndrome

Dictator,

this can be a touchy issue for some. I urge you to bring this up with your parents who may/may not have insurance to cover you. Remember even though it may have been some time since your parent(s) have seen you naked, they have been all too familiar with your body throughout the growing years and know the shape and size of all your body parts. They may have waited for the day that you brought this up to them and feel great relief to finally have this adressed.

Perhaps you could just ask them to make an appointment for you stating that you'd like your gp to help you with a personal problem. The exact issue won't have to be brought up unless they push. You really do have a right to privacy on this one and most doctors are trained to run interference.

This is't a true emergency. It may take many months of testing. You may be pleasantly surprised that this issue can be resolved with relative ease, but it will require professional help. Good luck.
Klem
