Not unhealthy at all. It is safe sex. Just
be sure to clean any toys after use and
not to transfer bacteria. Self
gratification is healthy and normal. Take
your time, use a lubricant and do not
continue any activity if there is pain.
Other than that I have no advice but to
experiment and learn about yourself.
