My nose bridge is not that high, and would like to know solid ways to help support and reach the full potential of my nose bridge growth. I take vitamin and mineral supplements as well as a healthy balanced nutritional diet. I exercise too but my nose bridge doesn't to be high. Calcium and vitamin D was never a problem in my diet, though it doesn't seem to be helping much. Is there any facial exercises or whatnot, that can do something to increase the growth of my nose bridge? Maybe, increasing the blood flow in my face or something like that. I believe that there are ways in increasing the length and density of my nose and would love some advice.
Both the size and shape of your nose are genetically determined. Most doctors and researchers agree that there are no medically approved procedures or exercises to change the shape of the nose, aside from surgery.
Plastic surgery might be needed if you want to elevate the bridge of your nose. However, before you make your final decision you might want to consult with a plastic surgeon about the possible complications from the surgery.
Immediately after the surgery you might have problems with breathing through your nose because the nasal tissue would probably be swollen. If the problems with breathing continue after several weeks that might mean that the air flow is disrupted and revision of the nasal cavity might be needed.
