Plantar Fasciitis Cure
I had it for a year and did virtually everything you could short of surgery, including multiple cortisone shots, accupuncture (3 session), and chiropactic manipulation (only once because of the intense and lingering pain). I had orthodics made and could not wear them because they were so painful. I say I did virtually everything except the most important thing: stop playing 4-wall handball to rest the foot. My cure came after I stopped playing for 3 months while at the same time buying some sandals (not cheap: Finn Comfort) with high arches (which takes the pressure off the plantar by lifting it), getting some theraphy (massage starting gently and building up) along with some stretching and exercises the latter two things I have continued. I hope this helps.

Thanks a lot Wayne,

I have tried everything including hot bikram yoga. It does seem to go, but can take 18 months or so from when root cause is addressed.

Thanks Toby.
