So i had sex with my boyfriend and the
condom wound of broking but i never
noticed til i went to the bathroom after
and it leaked out into the toilet ( to
much detail i know. )
That was like 1:00 AM i know early or late
whatever you'd prefer to call it. So full
of anxiousness we went to sleep and woke
up the next day i had work so he decided
to go get the Plan B pill for me and bring
it to me at work. I took both the pills at
the same time at 5:00 PM so i believe
that's like 16 hours after the accident.
I read thta i have a 1.5% chance of
pregnancy, i believe this may be wrong
though. If anyone has any idea,or
experiences, or just plain out information
please share? I'm anxious and desperate to
know more.

It is very effective although, as with all
birth control, not 100% but you took it in
good time.
Were you supposed to take the pills
together or not? (there are different
types available, here levonelle is the
brand used).
Try to relax, you've done the sensible
thing - I've taken it before (twice) and
it's worked.

The lady at the sexual health clinic told
me that i could take them together because
then there'd be less chance of me missing
the second dose because i wouldn't have to
be getting up at like 5 in the morning. It
was just Plan b not Levonelle.

You can take both pills at the same time
and it will not change how effective it
is.
I also want to tell you that you did the
smart thing, and because of how early you
took it, it's likely that it worked.
I just want to warn you though, that you
may have some crazy periods for up to
three months. If your period is late,
don't worry until after you've taken a
pregnancy test. Sometimes Plan b can
make your period come early or late and it
can be really heavy or really light--
totally normal.
If you're not comfortable with what
happens, then always test first.

Yeah a couple months ago, i had to take
plan b because the condom broke once again
but that time i only was suffering the
risk of precum as we noticed earlier on. I
found my period to be very light, but with
heavy cramps compared to before when i had
a not heavy but steady blow with mild
cramping.
I didn't know you could actually buy plan
b to have on hand. When i found that out i
bought a few packages to just make sure i
have some until i go see my doctor for
birth control, but even so it's nice to
have the extra security.

Well, I really wouldn't make a habit of
taking plan b because it can be hard on
the body, but it's nice to have it on
hand. I would schedule an appointment for
birth control as soon as you can, that way
you won't have to worry when the condom
breaks. Until then you should look to
possibly doubling up with spermacides.
I forgot to mention the cramping. It's a
good thing one of us knows whats going on!

Yeah the first time i took it i never felt
any nausea like it says, the second day i
felt nothing, but the days following i had
tender boobs, cramping, bloating and was
just so tired.
This time i haven't felt anything, except
boobs are somewhat tender.
I just wish we could peer into our body
and see whats happening in there hahaha, i
can only hope for a future invention that
would let you do so.

I'm sure there would still be women biting
their fingernails and worrying if they're
really pregnant or not even if it was
possible to peek and see what's happening.
Good luck though, I hope everything works
out for you!

I take medroxyprogesterone acetate for my
irregular periods (because w/o them I
never get my period on my own) and I
recently had to take the plan b pill
because my boyfriend and i had an
accident. Then I took medroxyprogesterone
acetate 3 days later to get my period and
im still waiting for it to come (its been
2 days "late"). Am I pregnant or is my
cycle just screwey because of the plan b
pill? Am i paranoid or should i go and
take a pregnancy test? HELP ME PLEASE
REPLY I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!
