Q: placenta attached on front and back of uterus

I am due August 29 and just had a ultra sound last week. Friday I received a letter saying my ultra sound was abnormal. Placenta attached on the front and back of uterus and the umblical cord only has 2 blood vessels. I googled and only worried myself more. Any info on this I would appreciate.
