42 year old male. Pityriasis Rosea symptoms for last 6 months. Firstly on torso and back, spreading over 4 motnh period to upper torso. Now on shoulders and upper arms. After two days intensive tanning in the Dubai sun, the visual symptoms have changed to Vitiligo (the pink dry patches have changed to large white areas where skin has not tanned........ almost as if pigment has died).
Areas on side of body (obviously untanned areas) remain as pityriasis rosea resemblance.
So, Pityriasis Rosea changing to Vitiligo symptoms through UV.
Any advice, as I do not wish to go through life resembling a Dalmation.
