Ok, this should proberbly have been addressed a long time ago but I guess I was young and embarressed at the time and then didn't really think about it until the other day when it came up in conversation (dnt ask how)

I had what i thinks called pinworms when i was a teenager (little clear/white worms in my stools and itching like crazy) i can't remember how long it went on for but definatly didn't get it treated. My mum always said to not bite my nails coz id get worms so i put it down to that and stopped chewing them and they seemed to go eventually.

In conversation I said to my mum about this and she panicked me by saying i should've got it treated as they can grow and can cause loads of problems. I've thought ive had ibs for years due to constipation, kind of dihareah but not urgent just runny, abdominal pains, headaches, nausea, get tierd quickly, and severe anxiety (i also have been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder)

I also have a constant sore throat for last few months with raised glands and over the last year or two i've lost a lot of weight without really trying.

I'm really worried ive got these massive worms wriggling inside me eating me....am i stressing over nothing or do i urgently need to see a doctor.

I'm so worried that I have worms because for the last 3 days my stomach has hurted like crazy and when I whiped myself the other day their was this little white worm wiggling around, it was tiny thought but I'm still really scared. My mom's taking me to the doctor soon.
