Q: Pinworms ?

My vagina and anus have started to itch about 3 days ago. Then when I wiped I found a tiny white worm wiggling around on the toilet paper. Then a day later my stomach started hurting like crazy but I diden't feel nausiated. Its the same today and I am wondering if I have pinworms.
P.S. I am 11 and when I am falling asleep I get itchy again.
