Hi there,

Hope you can help as i'm very worried. About two weeks ago i began to have a 'pins and needles' sensation in my arms and legs. It went away for a couple of days but has now returned. My feet also have a slight 'purplish' tint to them and feel numb. My skin also feels itchy.

other info: 33 yrs old, smoker, regular drinker, normal weight.

Mmmm...
Stop smoking for 1. Exercise is key to everything and obviously diet however if you consider we are all ment to do at least 5hrs a week exercise to stay healthy isn't it a wonder why half the population doesn't feel great! I'm not saying be a health guru eat grass and carrots and go to the gym for 4hrs each day.. Eat your food in moderation of course treat urself to tins of juice and takeaways eat well too plenty of fruit and veg and most importantly water!! And get urself out for a run a few times a week or to the gym or local pool. Ill guarantee that u'll feel better. None of this placebo patches, mints, toy !**@! to stop smoking. Cold turkey! Pick a date and then keep yourself busy so ur not thinking of them, the days will soon pass trust me I did it. Good luck!...
