hi ive been suffering with pins and needles in left arm for a while now today they have gone into my neck and face also my tounge the left side feeling worse i had a micro disectomy a few years ago due to osteophyte could this come back in different discs that could be setting this off i also have had bad twitching of the legs vertigo and bad dizzyness to the point that i just have to sleep bouts of just where i cant keep my eyes open any longer even in company the tiredness is awful i am already on 2700 mg of gabapentin a day for the pins and needles in my hand they dont seem to be working on my face at all i have done some research this seems to be pointing towrards ms i hope i am wrong is there other things that would make me like this as i dont think it is donw to the same condition i had before i didnt get dizzy spells with that so i know from past history it is totally different
