Q: Pins and needles sensations as part of anxiety symptoms

I have a numbing sensation and a pins and needles sensation from my fingertips to my elbows in both of my arms. What is this and how do I treat it?

It is really hard to answer you, but according to your age, anxiety is the most common reason.

You may want to consult your GP to exclude any neurological or orthopedic reasons.
