Pinkish discharge

The last period date I know for sure was definitely March 12. I'm pretty sure my last one started March 28 on or around the date but I do not know that one for sure. It is now April 27th and I am wondering what is going on.

I am not on birth control and never have been, I am sexually active, and usually use protection but we were careless a couple times in March and April.

On Sunday April 19,I felt like I was going to get my period as I had very slight cramps. I figured 2-3 days and my period would definitely start. Nothing came. I didn't have cramps as I had expected the following day but felt like I would be starting soon (tired, weak, very emotional). Tuesday I noticed faint pinkish in my discharge but very very little of it and no dark red. No red at all and when I wiped it just looked clear. I thought that meant I would be starting my period soon...still nothing. No redness no cramping, no other signs of a period. Definitely no clotting. Wednesday it seemed a little more pinkish brown but no pain. Today its clear but no period. I took a home pregnancy test that came up negative and went to the dr. April 25th but the labs were closed to get my tests done. It's driving me absolutely crazy that I have to wait for the results and the dr. didn't do a blood preg test. Would he be able to tell from urine? He suspected possible BV when he checked me out can that cause my symptoms?
