I have a question about pregnancy; last night i wiped and had some pink stuff on the toilet paper. then i woke up this morning and nothing. now, a little while ago, some more pink stuff was there when i wiped but it quickly turned to a little red. its only light spotting/bleeding though. im having some slight cramping too. my period was due this past week. could this be implantation bleeding? could i be pregnant? i took a test a week ago and it was negative. i had sex march 9 and 13 unprotected with pull out method. It doesn't feel like a normal period; I feel pregnant. Could i be pregnant?

Implantation bleeding occurs when the egg, which was previously fertilized, implants into the lining of the uterus. This can cause bleeding that is usually light and happens before the expected period. You might want to visit your gynecologist hormone laboratory tests to determine whether you are pregnant or the spotting might be related to some mild hormonal imbalance.
