I am 28 year old female with a positive Hx of recurrent ovarian cancer. i am in remission right now. i have been having very low back pain , lower abdominal throbbing pain like cramps that come and go. my menstrual cycle was lighter than the norm. 2 days after cessation of menstrual cycle my husband and i had intercourse. 3 days after that i cramped a little and when i used the restroom i noticed that i had spotted this light watery pink blood. this happened only the one time. I thought that i could be pregnant but its along shot. i only have 5% of one ovary and part of the tube left. after failed IUI due to ova not reaching a big enough size well taking gonal-f inj. at highest dose possible for me. i was told that that IVF is the only way i would become pregnant. when i asked them if i could ever conceive on my own my doctor said there was a chance but not a good one. i called my oncologist and made a app. but he can not get me in for some time. do i need to be worried and should i try to get into the doctor s sooner and should i worry i might be pregnant?
