Pink Discharge for 3 days then stops?

Well Its now April 13th.The pink spotting I had for the past 3 days had stopped this morning.Im still unsure what it may be,My last period was March 30th-April4th.Me and my Fiance had sex on the 5th.Then on the 9th the discharge started,Pink in color.I scheduled me an doctor appointment for Monday the 16th.I hope its a posistive pregnacy test.I really want another child since my son will be 6 this year and he wants a sibling.I am havin lower abdominal cramps but not like period cramps,more like achy type of pain.Its annoying.Being as though I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 years,this time wasnt planned and we initially wore a condom but it was dry because he didnt put it on correctly,we used it for a while but it started irritating my skin around my vagina,so we took it off.He almost ejaculated but paused while i was still on top of him,not sure if he pe-came which 9 times out of 10 he did.Any advice would be appreciated even though Im going to see a Obgyn Monday,Still would love to hear from you guys.Im also new on this site.and very young,I turned 20 about 6 months ago.Thank you.
