I have a pinging sensation in my head, nautious, difficulty focusing/concentrating. Please help, I am afraid to call my doctors office because they will probably think I am crazy. This is really affecting my life/work. Please help...

kabim1, I have the same problem, the buzzing is so loud it keeps me awake. I have been to my doctor so many times, he does not have a clue.I have pain at the base of my skull too. I have been referred for physio(my suggestion) I think this could be linked. We will see what happens.
