Q: Pinching under ribs

I dont know whats wrong with me. Yesturday one side of my ribs hurt. Then today the other side. Everytime i breathe in or out ... it pinches me. Also today during practice i got a pinching on my hip.... but i know it wasnt cramps. I felt just like what i had under my ribs. Mad
