Q: pinching feeling in penis

Hello,

I am a 33 year old male. I have this pinching feling that feels like it is just iside the tip of my penis. There is no pain when I urinate, no blood when I urinate, no discharge of any kind, no rashes, sores, etc...I do seem to be urinatining more than usual. It has been going on for about 14 days.

Any ideas?

could be a UTI (urinary tract infection) should see a dr. and in the meantime drinking more fluids(water/cranberry juice) than usual to flush it out just incase it is a UTI
