Do I have carpal tunnel? I did every test i found online at home, and the only thing i got from bending my wrist is a little pain from bending to hard. I feel like blood comes back to my fingers every time i do the phalen test.

My true concern is right now I have this weird pinch in the middle of my forearm from the inside. Everytime i go to flex my arm i feel this pinch from the inside. This happened during my gym workout and i ignored it until the bicep lifting i felt something pop from the inside and felt something leaked. My whole forearm when warm for 5seconds, i got scared and stop. THIS pinching has been going on for 4 days already. It does not hurt but its annoying everytime i flex i feel the pinch its a medium-hard pinch from the inside.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Answer A35125
Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

The symptoms are suggestive of musculoskeletal symptoms or pinched nerve rather than carpal tunnel syndrome.

Give rest to your hand and try not to lift any heavy weights with the effected hand. Try an anti-inflammatory medicine like diclofenac to relieve the pain but it should be taken under medical guidance. Heat compresses may also help. If the symptoms persist then please get evaluated from a physician.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

Carpel Tunnel Treatment
You should try this product. I used it and it worked wonders. Its relatively cheap, and give me huge pain relief and after about a month my pain was gone and there were no side effects. But most importantly it didnt limit my ability to use my wrist and hands and I was able to still get done everything I needed to. I highly recommend you check this out.
