For the past month now I have being getting pins and needles in my legs and feet. My doctor has me on anxiety medication and I don't think that is is working. I have had a few panic attacks during this time as well. I am under alot of stress right now and I am wondering if this feeling is from stress or if it could be something else I should worry about.

If anyone can help that would be great.

I had the same thing happen to me. It sounds like it's from anxiety. I had pins/needles and a cold feeling between my toes when I'd stretch them out.

The more you concentrate on these 'sensations', the longer they will last. Do your best to put them out of ur mind and move on with your day.

Thanks. I know that when I was off on stress leave, by the end of the week I didn't have any of the sensations. Now that I am back to work and under stress again they have returned. I will try not to think about them any more and see if that helps. The doctor said that she though if was anxeity too. I just thought I would see if anyone else had this before.

Once I told myself it was anxiety and would dismiss the thought of something being "wrong" with me, the sensations went away and I totally forgot about them.

I was getting them for about a month straight and as soon as I ignored them they went away Smile

Do you do yoga or relaxation/visualization? I found they really helped me out.

No yoga for me. I have busy of a schedule to go to any classes. I might get some of the DVD's to do at home though if they will help.
