Hi umm I seem to have these sort of Pimple looking things on the shaft of my penis they have been there for about a month now i dont know if it will go away without medical treatment. When i pull my skin all the way back to see the head there seems to be some tiny pimples circling the head im wondering if this can be herpes or something else. Note that i have been having intercourse with my girlfriend using Trojan Condoms for the past two months

Extremely eHealthy
The tiny bumps that ring the rim of the penis head (seem to form in organized rows, like a string of pearls) are known as pearly penile papules.
They are harmless flesh-colored or a little lighter, bumps with a smooth dome shape.
Their appearance doesn't have anything with intimate hygiene or sexual transmitted diseases.
You may feel some uncomfortable sensitivity during sex, but, there is no real concern for this.
These bumps tend to appear and disappear on their own through years.
If you are bothered with them because of cosmetic reason, you can be performed a laser therapy.
The pimple looking things on your penile shaft are likely of benign nature.
I guess they are a pinpoint, dome-shaped, yellow, or, flesh colored, bumps, known as Fordyce's spots.
Like small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter they affect the penile shaft and aren't linked to sexually transmitted diseases.
They are only of cosmetic concern.

Best wishes!
