Hi that is a very common problem. In my own personal experience, believe me I once had a very flawlwss skin on my face until my greatest nightmare, PIMLES, ACNE and BLEMISHES. I have tried everything as well but now i have found the cure. I want it to share with you but you have to try the natural thing first.

There are many factors that causes pimples. It might be your puberty stage (raging hormones), hormonal inbalance, skin sensitivity (skin type), unhealthy diet, stress and emotional disturbances, and the use of wrong cosmetic products.

1. Try to stop using anything on your face and start researching about your skin type.

2. Use a PH balanced (PH 5.5) soap or facial wash (non-fragrant)or try to use antibacterial facial wash or cleanser that ofcourse suits your skin type.

3. Have a healthy diet. Increase fruits and veggies (at least 5 servings a day)on your diet and avoid eating oily and fatty foods. Eat fruits and veggies on an empty stomach. Fruits and veggies are digested easily so if you eat them with an empty stomach vitamins and nutrients will go directly to your system. I have researched about this.

4. Hydrate yourself. Drink plenty of water daily even if you are not thirsty. Don't drink sodas, and artificially flavored juices for this mean time. This is to maitain moisture on your skin. Water is essential to our body and our skin has lipids that stores water or moisture.

5. Have 10 hours of sleep each day. Try to take a nap when you feel tired (of course in the right place and in a right way). Sleeping helps a lot to maintain a healthy skin. Especially sleeping during afternoon time. And ofcourse try to sleep early in the evening.

Try to do these simple things first for 4 weeks and if you still have pimples, just reply here in your comment section. I have researched plenty of things I can impart to you. But try to do it natural first.

Hello dear, firstly, what is your age? If you're in your teens it's most likely caused by puberty which makes your hormones go all over the place. Also, what are you putting on your face, as in cleansers, exfoliation, moisturizer, sunscreen, etc?

Acne can be caused by so many things, especially in your teen years, if you're prone to acne sometimes anything you use can cause your skin to break out. I agree with HotAsian09, find out about your skin type, and using a PH balanced cleanser is also very important. Most people won't tell you this, but if you're acne prone drug store brand skin care lines will do nothing for you, it will only wash away the surface debris on your face, a true cleanser will get deep down into your pores to give you a really good clean, most of them will not strip your skin of oils so the break outs will stop. Anything that is going to clear you up in 3 days is too harsh, so don't listen to that BS. You can use anything from Salicylic Acid, Glycolic, or Benzoyl Peroxide, but BE CAREFUL, because too much usage and your skin can become dependent on these topical aids. And don't forget to use a sunscreen, a lot of moisturizers have sunscreen inside of them so it's a 2 in 1, the sun causes an extreme amount of damage to the skin, which you may not see while you're young, but when you get older it will be more noticeable. Also, do NOT be afraid to spend big bucks on a good cleanser, because in the long run it will save you money.

Good luck, I hope I helped.
