my age is 22 male, not married, i didnot have sex with anyone till now but i used to maturb from the past 7 years, and from last 4 1/2 years i used to excrete sperms in my sleep (due to some bad dreams) from the last few years i had come to see that they are some pimples like thing evolving on my penis, and while urination the color of urine is pale yellow i am not able to understand why this is happening? i had almost stopped masturbing but even though in night ie in sleep i still excrete sperms.

i met a homeo doctor he has given some medicines but they are not worth enough, my wt is 78 kgs and i am constant from the last 4 years

are there any possibilities of getting AIDS
please give me some adivce and some medicine or tablet please and some diet to follow so that this excretion can be solved and my mental tensions can be relieved

Or, you could see your Nurse Practitioner. At any rate, you need to be evaluated by a qualified health care professional who can take a thorough health history, diagnose the problem, order diagnostic studies if indicated, and prescribe appropriate medication to manage the problem.
