The pore of the skin is clogged with dirt
and bacteria thus a blemish or pimple will
result. They can be deep and eventually
the pimple will come to a head. An
increase in acne or blemishes can be due
to stress, poor diet, hormonal fluxes,
poor skin care or any combination of the
above. A good cleanser for blemishes may
help to minimize the number of pimples you
develop. For years experts denied the
correlation between acne and diet. It is
now accepted that junk food can and will
result in acne. Try to keep track of how
much soda and other fast foods you
consume. Limiting these items can greatly
help in keeping pimples to a minimum.
There are many products available to help
keep skin clean and blemish free. The
cosmetic counters in department stores are
a good source for information. Most
cosmetic lines offer men's products and
have products for acne. These products
tend to be gentler than the products you
can buy in the drugstore. You can ask
friends what they have found effective.
Washing your face and keeping your hands
off your face and watching your diet are
three ways to prevent future outbreaks.

A dermatologist may be able to offer you
some solutions. Acne can be very difficult
to deal with. I don't think there is
anything wrong with you. Some people seem
to be more prone to acne than others. The
dermatologist can give you treatments that
you can not get anywhere else. These
treatments will reduce scarring from acne.
If you have insurance it will probably
cover some of the treatments. I am not
sure how expensive they are but I am sure
it's not cheap.
I wish I could tell you about a product
that is really worth trying. I don't have
much experience with them. I think at
least a consultation with a dermatologist
may be in order.

get these "pimples" on random body
parts....
sometimes my back sometimes chest.....
one time i had one right between my eyes
and when i tried to break it....it popped
but the fluid didnt break the skin and
just tunneled under my forehead and looked
like a huge bump....
they go away eventually but i thought id
see if anyone knew what might be causing
them...
