Pics would definitely help.

If it is cold sores it should be small and painful to touch but I don't think it's cold sores.

If it was oral herpes, then you should have difficult eating and drinking. I also think this isn't it.

I say its pimples though I can't say with certainty.

See if you are experiencing any of the above symptoms.
