I get large bumps on my chin, they're fluid filled and feel like a pimple, but they don't develop into a whitehead. I put astringent and pimple serum on them, but it has no effect, which makes me think again that it's not a pimple. It happens every 3 months or so, and it's always on the same side of my chin.

No data was given about the number and the exact size of the bumps. Several different causes might be a reason for the pimples. Inflammation of skin glands is common in puberty. If left untreated or mistreated, the condition might cause damage to the surrounding tissue making it more susceptible for recurring inflammations. A medication related to the exact cause should be taken after consulting a dermatologist.
