However, given the data you provided (pimples filled with pus that leak when squeezed, spreading from genital area to hands and feet), you might be experiencing a skin infection. The presence of pus is almost certainly a sign of infection. What causes the infection and the pimples cannot be determined without additional examinations.
You might want to visit a dermatologist for a physical examination. A swab from the pus that comes out of the pimples for microbiological examination might be taken to detect the exact cause and the most effective antibiotic if it is caused by bacteria. There is also a possibility that the pimples are caused by viruses.
Anyway, the condition is highly likely contagious. So, if you want to prevent transmission to your girl you are advised to visit the dermatologist for treatment first.
