Pimple that I think is going bad

hi I just wondering what should I do. In the past I shaved my pubic hair and notice that I had a couple of pimples, and they all disappear on their own. Just a few months ago I shaved again and they showed up in the same place. But now I have on that won't go away. I popped it and a white puss and blood came out. Over the next few days I notice it filled up like a pimple, so popped it but this time it was a clear fluid with a hit of blood. Now I stop shaving it and it still there. I tried popping it and nothing comes out but it feel like something there. And I also have the same problem on the bottom lip of my butt. I really need help.
