Pimple like sore on the nipple of my right breast? Should I be concerned?

There are small glands around the nipple that can develop pimples, just like on your face, under your arms, or around your groin. Generally, gentle cleansing with a mild soap and water 2x/day will relieve the symptoms, but if not you should see your doctor.
