Q: pimple on shaft

well im still a virgin so i dont think its an std.......about 5months ago i had a pimple pop up on my shaft and i poped it some puss came out and it swelled up and then went down after a while.. it doesnt hurt unless i squeez it and it doesnt itch. it just this one pimple and i want it gone......it has a hard felling to it now the pimple is about the size of a average pimple on some ones face... some please help me out

update and bump

i used a sterlized neddle and cut it open.......i found that it wasnt on the skin it was under the skin and it was a hard lump when i poked a hole in the lump alot of white liuid/puss came out......its all healed up now and its not nearly as big as it was but its still there and noticeable, is there a cream or ointment i can buy to get this to go away? please help
