I have had this pimple on my nose for more than two months now. It started out like a normal pimple that was deep beneath the surface of the skin and hurt. It came to the surface very slowly and it never formed a white or black head. I must have washed my face too aggressively because there was a little bleeding from the center followed by white fluid. That was about a month ago. Now it is red and there is noticeably some fluid under the skin and it has not gotten bigger or smaller. I am afraid it may be an abscess now? Is this something that will resolve with more time or should i have a dermatologist or general doctor drain it?

@DIT:
Nice to meet you.

You said you had pimple for than 2 months now.
I think you should see a dermatologist or general doctor to get useful advice.

In the future, if you want to be not nervous about acne, i think that you have to know acne clearly.
