PImple on my tongue frenulum. What is it?!

A day after I preformed an oral sex on my lady friend. I discovered this pimple on my frenulum (of the tongue). Also I should note that I have a mild case of tied tongue. There was also a little bruise from my teeth, but that has since healed.

The pimple is pretty damn big, it's a size of a small be-be gun pellet.

I never had a pimple there. I do recall some pimples in my mouth in my life, but never that big and never there!

Pimples can occur on any part of the body including lips, tongue, butts, face, etc. Pimples have their physical and emotional effects. Pimples on tongue are not so common location of pimples but if it occurs. Certain foods may cause pimples. The fact is that some foods can cause allergies which can appear as acne or pimples on your skin.
For cure by reducing or completely avoiding fats in your diet you can eliminate the amount of oil produced by your pores which will help decrease your chance of getting pimples on your tongue or anywhere else.
