Q: Pimple on inner thigh

I did sex after it i got pimple on my inner thigh which remained for 5 days and healed by itself.

What can be that. is it Syphilis or what?

The pimple after intercourse does not necessarily mean that you were infected with sexually transmitted disease. The pimple might have been caused by local inflammation of some of the skin structures.
However, you might want to test for sexually transmitted diseases, just to be on the safe side.
