I had this pimple near a mole on my upper left bicept/lower left deltoid muscle area of my arm, and I went to take a good look at it by strething the skin with my fingers and it (the pimple) accidently popped. I wasn't trying to pop it, I barely really touched it even. Do I have anything to worry about or what?
