Q: Pimple like spots on the genitals

I have little pimple like spots on mt testicles. Some time they pop and bleed. I had one burned to seal once, but I have had these for msny, msny years. Prior to any other sickness.

There are several possible reasons. Genital warts at the beginning stage are possible if the spots come in clusters. The presence of the cancer, as well as the medicines might interfere with the immunity, thus helping the dormant human papiloma virus infection to be manifested. Also, cysts of the skin sebaceous glands might be the reason. Ingrown hairs can also cause pimple like spots in the genital area.
