Q: Pimple like lump on testical

This morning I found a pimple like lump on my right testical, It is on the bottom of it towards the back.
From what I can see it is redder then the testical, and it has a slight white tip.
Its about 6-7mm in diamater. its popping out about 3mm.
It hurt to touch it and 1hr afterwards i still have a slight ache in the entire testical.
Id say its been there 12hrs or less. I would have noticed it before as its pretty obious to touch.
It feels hard like there is something in there...
Do i see a GP about it?
