Pimple like bumps on inner thighs and scrotum

Hello,

I currently have these pimple like bumps in the inside of my inner thighs and slightly on my scrotum. I'm not sure what these could be. I am 29 years old. And i've had the same sexual partner for over a year now. So i'm hoping that these could not be related to any type of STD.

I did however, have Jock Itch (almost 2 months ago to be exact) but since has gone away. I've also gained at least 15 pounds in recent months do to a sports injury. Essentially, not being able to do any type of physical activity. I can provide pics if it would help.
