According to the data you provided, you might be experiencing local inflammation. What exactly is affected with the inflammation can not be told without seeing it. The biggest bump that let pus and blood out is the inflammation itself. The few minor bums in the vicinity might be either signs of already spread inflammation or might be swollen lymph nodes as a reaction of the inflammation.
You might want to see a doctor to clean the bump from the pus. Minor incision to drain the infection completely might be needed. Antibiotics would be recommended. Meanwhile, you might want to keep the inflamed tissue clean with antiseptic products. From the data you reported, this condition might not be able to treat at home and professional health care might be necessary.
