Q: Pills or products for orgasm ?

is there something i can take to help me have the big o ihave not had one whene i all most get there it gets to be to much i cant take no more i need help we have used toys long sex and more

Unfortunately, there is no medically approved pill or product that could help women achieve orgasm. However, there are products (similar to Viagra) that can help you achieve clitoral enlargement and more lubrication, but this might not be what you need. The only advice that could be given is that when you feel extreme sensation during sex, push yourself to hold on a little longer and you’ll get to orgasm eventually.
