Birth control packs always start on Sunday. I didn't get to the pharmacy until Tuesday. On Tuesday, instead of looking into it further, I just took the two days that I missed and Tuesday's pill all at once. I had terrible nausea and anxious feelings all Tuesday night that I kept waking up from while sleeping. I'm wondering if the fact that I took all 3 pills at once is related to it or if it was just stress. I'd also like to know what I should have done and if I need to be doing anything different now? Please let me know if you have the answer or an idea, I'd appreciate it greatly, I really need to know what's going on.

You shouldn't take 3 pills in one day but you should take 2 pills in Tuesday and another 2 in Wednesday. That nausea could be due to the excessive dose you took in Tuesday. But what is done is done and now you can continue taking one pill for each day. Don't be surprised if you get some unexpected spotting.
It is very important to use additional contraception (condom) or to avoid sex during the first 7 days after missing the pills.
