Hi,
I'm got allot of dark pigmentation on my
upper (outside) arms and half of my back
as well as the back of my neck,
shoulders...i went to a skin specialist
who told me that it's supposed to be a
kind of acne...the
discoloration/pigmentation/whatever it is
looks like its from the inside of skin or
something????????
She gave me a cream called Elocom to mix
and apply with a huge bottle of
moisturizer.
When i was younger i had drier skin and
used to bathe with hot water, and used to
constantly itch my arms...
Is this really a form of acne????? the
cream hasn't really helped? Can any one
help and give some suggestions???

It's so depressing, i can't wear half
