Q: pigmentation on face

Hi I am 18 and I suffer from bad pigmentation on my face. I’ve finally stop getting spots but it left me with really dark patches. I also suffer from eczema that also leaves me with dark patches and makes my skin react to toxicated creams. Sometimes I put on make up but I hate doing it. Plz tell me what is the best cream or pill to use... I DON'T WANT SURGERY
